2012 calendar

How to book

The cottage is available on a weekly basis, starting at 3pm on a Friday until 10am the following Friday. Shorter breaks are available out of season, but your booking must start on a Friday and be for at least three nights please.

The 2012 calendar shows the rate per week for the cottage and current availability. It is updated manually so it may not always be right up to date. Please phone me on 01926 427917 or email cosynorfolk@gmail.com to check that the dates you want are still available. If they are I can reserve them for you while you complete the booking.

Booking conditions

  • Please print and complete the booking form and send it to the address shown on the form, along with a cheque for the deposit (£100 per week or £50 per part week).
  • Once I receive your booking form and deposit I will send you an acknowledgement and update the calendar to show your booking.
  • The balance of payment is due four weeks before your holiday begins. If it is not received then unfortunately your booking will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.

You are advised to take out personal travel insurance - it's not something we can offer at present. In the event of your having to cancel a booking the deposit is not refundable, and if you cancel within two weeks of the start date then 50% of the balance is retained.

Included in the cost are

  • accommodation for up to four people and one well-behaved pet
  • bed linen and towels
  • electricity, central heating and logs for the fire
  • broadband internet access.

Not included

  • Phone calls. There is a landline phone available for incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Damage. If something is damaged please let us know as soon as possible so we
can repair or replace it before our next guests arrive.
  • The cottage is prepared and the laundry done in the few hours between lets, so please leave it clean and tidy.

Please note

  • The stairs are quite steep, but are straight and have a good handrail. Do ask to see photos if you want to check them out.
  • The shower room and cloakroom are downstairs, there is no bath.
  • We do not provide a cot, but there is plenty of space for a travel cot.
  • The garden is mostly enclosed by hedges, but they are not dog proof and the drive is open to the road.
  • There is an unfenced duck pond opposite the cottage.
